Shipping Policy

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery charges and times

Royal Mail delivery options and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Free Standard delivery is available on orders of £100 or more. The estimated delivery time for Standard delivery is 3–5 business days.

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and exclude weekends and UK public holidays. Delivery may occasionally take longer because of carrier delays, severe weather, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.

Sofie Jones reserves the right to update this policy when delivery services or rates change.
